LOIS Referral Form
For all new referrals, including re-referrals, please click the link below for the form to complete and send securely, with parent / carer permissions to lois@lancasterian.manchester.sch.uk. Please ensure you have read and understood the Core (up to 4 hours input) and Target offers before referring, to help you to prioritise your requests. These are available on this website and the Schools Hub.
We aim to acknowledge referrals within 5 working days of receipt. Please contact LOIS if you do not hear from us within that time frame.
Once a referral has been accepted, it will be triaged and allocated a priority. If you wish to discuss the status of your referral, please ring 0161 4450123 or email LOIS.
An initial discussion with the referring school will take place and next steps established and agreed.
